Moksh Enterprises (“we”, “us”) operates this website and mobile app to let wholesale buyers browse our stainless-steel product catalogue, submit bulk order requests, and manage accounts. Business owners can also use Owner Mode to manage the catalogue and fulfil orders.

Information we collect

From customers submitting a bulk order request

When you submit a bulk order request, we collect:

• Your name, business name, and contact information (phone, email)
• GST number (optional)
• Delivery address
• The products and quantities you request
• Any additional notes or preferences

Browsing the catalogue does not require you to provide any personal information. The mobile app keeps your unsent bulk order (products and quantities only) on your device so you can finish it later; it is cleared once the request is sent.

From business owners (Owner Mode)

If you manage the catalogue or orders as a business owner, we collect your sign-in email and password (handled by Supabase Auth) to authenticate and authorize access to product and order management features.

How we use this information

• To review and respond to your bulk order request with pricing, availability, delivery details, and follow-up communication
• To send you order confirmations and, where enabled, WhatsApp updates
• To let business owners manage the product catalogue and fulfil orders
• To improve our website and app based on usage and feedback

We do not use this information for advertising, marketing to external lists, or selling to third parties.

Third-party services we use

• Supabase — stores all catalogue, order, customer, and authentication data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Resend — sends order confirmation and notification emails on our behalf.
• Meta WhatsApp Business Platform — sends order-related WhatsApp messages to customers who opt in.

Each service processes only the data necessary for its function and complies with its own privacy obligations.

Data retention

Order records are kept to maintain a history of wholesale transactions, for accounting purposes, and to comply with applicable tax and business regulations. Product and catalogue data is retained until the business owner removes or archives it. If you request deletion of your account or order history, we will honour that request subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights and choices

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Request a correction or update to your information
• Request deletion of your order history (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of WhatsApp notifications

Children's privacy

This website and app are intended for business use by adult wholesale buyers and business owners. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
