These terms apply when you use the Moksh Enterprises website (mokshent.in) or the Moksh Enterprises mobile app. By browsing the catalogue or sending a bulk order request, you agree to them.

Who we are

Moksh Enterprises is a wholesale supplier of stainless-steel utensils based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. We sell to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, caterers and other business buyers.

Bulk order requests are enquiries, not purchases

• A bulk order request tells us which products, sizes and quantities you are interested in. It is not a purchase and no payment is taken through the website or the app.
• After you send a request, our team contacts you to confirm pricing, availability, delivery and payment terms. An order is only confirmed once both sides agree to those terms directly.
• We may decline or partly fulfil a request, for example if stock is unavailable or the details provided cannot be verified.

Prices, stock and product information

• Prices shown are indicative wholesale prices in Indian Rupees and may exclude GST, packing and freight. Final prices are confirmed in your quotation.
• Stock levels change quickly. “In stock”, “Low stock” and “Made to order” labels are a guide, not a reservation.
• Dimensions, capacities and weights are approximate. Product photographs and illustrations are representative; finishes can vary slightly between batches.
• Minimum order quantities apply per size and are shown on each product.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and business details so we can respond to your request.
• Do not send false, abusive or automated requests, or attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website, the app or Owner Mode.

Owner Mode

Owner Mode is for authorised Moksh Enterprises staff only. Sign-in details must be kept private. Any activity carried out with an owner account is the responsibility of that account holder.

Intellectual property

The Moksh Enterprises name, logo, product photographs, illustrations and text belong to Moksh Enterprises and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the catalogue accurate and available, but the website and app are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use or from temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
